Creating the village of the future
Developers M Capital Investment Partners (MCIP), based in Lancaster, are assembling plans to construct the new village – called the ‘Ellel Gardens’ – at Home Farm surrounding Ellel Grange Ministry on land west of Junction 33 of the M6.
We were tasked to creating marketing materials to showcase stage one of the development which included artisan retail and food court outlets. This also had a farmers market, restaurants and hotel facilities. Any challenge for developers is to help capture the mood and vision of this unique development.
The Brief
M Capital, need to visualise their concept of a village of the future that only existed in their heads as a concept. Working with the client and their architect we help create a set of images that help steer the design of the development which was still in its infancy.
Our Response
We were asked to create a mood that was in keeping with the website and samples supplied by our client, we also helped research materials and how we could help blend the building into its natural surrounding.
We were all very happy with the results.
How We Did It
