Short CGI visualise the good life for prestigious housing developer

Short CGI have just completed work which has contributed to a prestigious property developer selling an entire phase of a development within 14 days of going to market.

We were delighted to be commissioned to produce marketing materials to promote the off-plan sale of an exclusive Lake District development, by egg Homes. The luxury Viver Green boasts a collection of 19 elegant residences marrying innovative contemporary design with the very latest energy-efficient technology..

These aspirational residences, with a price tag of up to £830,000, were aimed at the more discerning customer – and it was essential that the CGI used in the marketing materials conveyed the lifestyle they would offer.

In addition to visualising the properties exteriors, we also collaborated with the interior designer to produce stunning impressions of how the properties would look inside, adding a touch of class and luxurious feel.

It can be a real challenge for property developers to convince home buyers to commit to such a huge purchase without having actually seen “the real thing” and we understand that it was essential to create high-level content that truly showcased these prestigious dwellings.

The Viver Green development has generated lots of interest in the media too, with property writers from top titles including The Times, The Express, The Guardian and The Evening Standard featuring the project.
